Following the Free initial consultation, the next appointment will be the longest appointment because I must gather more information about you to create a file for you. This way, I'm already familiar with you, your concerns and your progress when you book any future appointments. A regimen will be suggested for you so have a pen and paper ready to take notes. 1 brief follow up call will be made to answer any questions and to check on your progress. We're in this together!
